Orderly Petition to Scrap V5When V5 first came out, I wasn't happy with it, but I figured that I'd give it a day or two to let the admins and programmers work out the bugs. Now that I've seen we're still far, far away from getting a properly working V5, I'm satisfied that this 'update' is more trouble than it's really worth.Orderly Petition to Scrap V5 by ~DevolutionV4
When V4 debuted August 2005, it got mixed reviews, but at least we had gotten used to it. I was satisfied with V4, but now we've 'updated' to a layout that looks about as cheep and rushed as SheezyART. So let's end this crappy update madness before 2007, when they come up with an even worse update for V6.
Look at the 'improvements' that were made, such as the option to add emoticons to comments, and ask yourself if it's really worth it. At the very least, let the user decide whether or not they want to use these updates.
I liked V4 better, who's with me?
Wallpaper Gallery Just a little thing i noticed with the new Gallery categories.Wallpaper Gallery by ~vozzz
I personally reckon the Wallpaper section should be separate from the other customizations.

If they come deviant art to find a wallpaper, it'll now be more difficult for them to find the category.
And wallpapering is a totally different type of art to other customisations after all.
What do you people say?
Cheers.

As a community, we have suffered through the passing of members in the past, but Neil was much more than a deviant. He was an amazingly giving person, an upright pillar of strength that stood upon the foundation deviantART. Now that pillar is gone and the earth trembles around us at the loss; so, with the Braithwaite family, we will mourn what we have lost.
I brought `randomcasualty on to staff a long time ago as one of the first help staffers. He was a massive help in reforming the customer service reputation for the company with regards to the website, since prior to his efforts and those of his team mates, help desk requests were responded to whenever people had the time to.
He was an easy candidate for the te
